What is Laser Lipo and Cavitation?

Laser Lipo is a non invasive treatment that uses laser technology to heat up the stubborn fat in unwanted areas.

Cavitation is also a noninvasive treatment that uses ultrasonic wave technology to breakdown those same fat cells and dispose of them through the liver to then come out through waste.

Who qualifies to receive treatment?

People who qualify for treatment are those that are: looking to gain assistance in their weight loss journey, looking to tone and define, or looking for a starting point of their journey.

Who cannot receive treatment?

This procedure is not applicable for those that are

❌experiencing untreated high blood pressure

❌Diabetic

❌Epileptic

❌On menstrual cycle during time of appointment as women are bloated during this time and it wouldn’t help results as much

Can I do this service in replacement of exercising?

No. Laser Lipo or Cavitation is not intended to replace exercising, supplementation, or medication. These services are not intended to treat obesity, but they can help enhance the weight loss and body contouring journey.

What happens during the appointment?

During your appointment you will take before photos, you will then be attached to the machine for 30 minutes which contains the laser paddles. The paddles will emit warmth in the area and you’ll notice a red lighting. You will not feel anything during this part of the process.

After the laser Lipo, your service provider will then move into the cavitation portion. During this time they will apply an ultrasonic gel to your target areas (it will be very cold) and then work on each area for 10 minutes at a time. You will hear the ultrasonic waves in your ear which will sound like a bursting bubble sound or the wiring of an old radio. You will only feel coolness and then warmness. A little pressure, but no pain.

How long does it take to see results?

Results are immediate but can be optimized with multiple sessions. It is best to follow all pre and post care to maximize your results

Pre-Treatment Care:

  3. Avoid heavy alcohol, sugars, caffeine, and starches 2 days before your appointment.

    • These substances can cause bloating, inflammation, and dehydration, which may affect the effectiveness of your treatment.

  4. Consider detoxing before your treatment.

    • A detox regimen helps cleanse your system, making it easier for your body to break down and process the fat that will be targeted during the treatment. Hydration is key!

  5. Hydrate well (2-3 bottles of water before your appointment).

    • Drinking plenty of water promotes lymphatic drainage, which helps your body flush out the broken-down fat cells more effectively.

Post-Treatment Care:

Proper aftercare ensures maximum results and minimizes discomfort.

  1. Avoid eating for 2 hours after your appointment.

    • Give your digestive system time to settle and allow your body to focus on the fat breakdown and elimination process.

  2. Do not consume alcohol, sugars, caffeine, or starches immediately after your treatment.

    • These can slow down the detoxification process and may cause inflammation that can affect your results.

  3. Eat light, nutritious meals 2 hours after your appointment.

    • Opt for light meals high in protein and low in carbs to provide your body with the nutrients it needs to recover.

  4. Drink at least 1 liter of water directly after your treatment.

    • Hydration helps your lymphatic system flush out the fat and toxins, supporting the body’s natural detox process.

  5. Engage in light exercise and sweat for at least 30 minutes the same day.

    • Physical activity promotes circulation and lymphatic drainage, which speeds up the removal of broken-down fat and enhances the contouring effects.

  6. Wear your waist trainer after the appointment (if applicable).
